It’s the ideal compromise for those who want to cook with the indirect fire heat (traditional Argentinian method) but without giving the classic barbecue up. It is possible to grill the classic way by tilting the skewer cross in an horizontal position both using the skewers or the special LaCruz® grill (this accessory is sold separately).

The original LaCruz® patented skewer cross, reclinable and rotating, guarantees a stable and safe support for the skewers and the grill (optional), while optimizing temperature and cooking times. 304 STAINLESS steel double skewers have an ergonomic handle and are dishwasher safe. It reaches a cooking capacity up to 8 people.

The solid rectangular-based brazier in cor-ten steel guarantees a safe fire and embers management by keeping it raised from the ground. The 304 stainless steel rear wheels and front handle guarantee to move it easily. The cor-ten lid guarantees to close it once you’re done .
